I didn't realize how happy it would make me to see the sea again. We took a work trip by train to Damanhour in the Delta and then on to Alexandria - much needed refreshment!

Those pictures are gorgeous!! So glad you got some time to see the sea. Good for the soul. Interesting train station too. The 'leaky faucet' symbol on a poster - does that mean there are some real 'drips' in politics in Egypt like the U.S.? :) Sorry, couldn't resist. Bobo
